Spring 2026

From New Jersey: Community Engagement and Co-Design Begins in Camden

Camden Coalition partnership

With the recent passage of New Jersey's Psilocybin Behavioral Health Access and Therapy Pilot Program legislation, PMHA Alliance has begun the community engagement and co-design phase for our second pilot initiative, focused on psychedelic-assisted therapy for treatment-resistant depression within complex care communities.

PMHA Alliance will be partnering with Camden Coalition and Cooper University Health Care toward the development and implementation of the pilot, with Camden Coalition leading the year-long community co-design process in Camden, New Jersey ahead of the anticipated Spring 2027 clinical pilot launch. We'll be working closely with Camden Coalition's Community Advisory Committee to implement the community engagement and co-design process.
